Tony earned his personal training certification at Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, Michigan. When he entered the competitive world of body building, Tony’s tried and true training regiments quickly placed him at the top of many of the sport’s most illustrious national titles, including, “Mr. World”, “Mr. Universe” and “Mr. California”. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Tony earned a reputation as a top personal trainer with cutting edge techniques who knew how to get results. Word quickly spread to Hollywood’s elite and Tony found himself working with the industry’s top actors, actresses, directors, producers and musicians. Notably, Tony was also the guy Dean Cain turned to, to get him in “Superman” shape for his years as the buff hero on “Lois and Clark”. But celebrities weren’t the only one impressed with Tony. In 2005 and 2006, City Search named him “The best personal trainer in Los Angeles.”

Michael Lorenz - Manager
Michael came to Ultra Body Fitness in June of 2003. Michael was on a mission, to lose weight. With the training from Tony, Michael was able to lose over one hundred pounds with Tony and losing a total of 150 pounds. Michael continues to train and push the limits with Tony regularly. In January of 2005 Michael was offered a position at Ultra Body to be one of Ultra Body’s staff. Within record time Michael has proved himself and is now a Manager. Michael is always eager to offer anyone who needs some extra advice or motivation with a smile.

Scott - Trainer
Scott has over 14 years experience as a personal trainer and athletics coach. He has a blackbelt in Karate and has advanced training in several other fighting systems. Scott tailors his clients' workout to suit their individual needs and preferences. He incorporates weights, cardio, stretching, boxing/kickboxing, and plyometrics into the workouts. Scott teaches boxing and kickboxing as well as personal training.Hours:

Adam - Trainer
Originally from Ohio, Adam graduated from USC with a degree in Exercise Science. Since then Adam has had the privilege of educating, motivating and mentoring others with their health and fitness goals. Adam relies on academic and continuing education, Adam’s own athletic and personal training experience and the passion to ensure that Adam’s clients receive the results they are looking for and then some.
Adam is professionally certified by the “gold” standard National Strength and Conditioning Association as Strength Conditioning Specialist, the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. In spring 2003 Adam was featured in “Lets Live” magazine for a
four month client body transformation series.
Adam does not waste time with gimmicks and fads. Adam considers exercise “medicine” and there is a correct dosage for each person. Adam has improved the lives of those spanning all age groups with a variety of medical conditions and fitness levels. Their goals ranging from post surgery rehab, decreasing chronic aches and pains, feeling younger and more alive, and body fat loss/muscle gain. Allison - Trainer/Nutritionist
Allison Wells is a health and fitness professional that believes prevention is the key to good mental and physical health. “There is always something new to learn about the best ways to stay healthy. Prevention is about being in control of your own wellness.” A native Californian, Allison was interested in athletics and health at a young age. She attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she played collegiate-level soccer and completed a BS in Broadcast Journalism.
In 2004, Allison moved to Los Angeles, where she started her own wellness business as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and an AFPA Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Consultant. Allison also works for a physical therapy clinic, where she specializes in rehabilitation exercise.
Allison’s philosophy on health and fitness is awareness through education. She was involved in the USC STAND Teenage Obesity Research Clinic, where she taught under-privileged high school students the importance of a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition education. Allison also holds fitness and nutrition seminars for small businesses, where she discusses the basics of healthy living, answer questions, and dismiss myths about health and fitness.
In 2007, Allison started working at Ultra Body Fitness as a personal trainer, and later as a nutritionist. She is committed to educating others on staying healthy in all facets of their life. She believes that wellness is about feeling your best from the inside out. Currently, Allison is continuing her career as a physical therapy rehab trainer, and seasoned personal trainer, and nutrition/wellness counselor at Ultra Body Fitness.Hours:

Amy - Trainer
Amy has 17 years experience as a personal trainer. Amy is certified by AFFA and holds the following certifications; personal trainer, weight training, nutrition fundamentals, pre-natal fitness, stretch certification, NASM/Course; Foundations for Health and Fitness Professional. Amy has worked with all body types and various fitness goals. Amy knows what it takes to get in shape having completed in Natural Bodybuilding competitions. Annamaria - Nutritionist
Throughout the last five years, Annamaria has successfully empowered over 500 clients to lose weight, seize control of their lives, and take ownership of their future by designing carefully chosen, individual growth programs to successfully meet each client’s needs.
Growing up in Sweden, Annamaria began developing a passion for fitness as a track & field athlete. Challenged by the obsession for perfection, she became anorexic and bulimic at the age of 16. Overcoming her eating disorder inspired her to teach, educate and motivate others in order to share with them a way to ultimate health and true happiness.
