Tony earned his personal training certification at Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, Michigan. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Tony earned a reputation as a top personal trainer with cutting edge techniques who knew how to get results. Word quickly spread to Hollywood’s elite and Tony found himself working with the industry’s top actors, actresses, directors, producers and musicians. Notably, Tony was also the guy Dean Cain turned to, to get him in “Superman” shape for his years as the buff hero on “Lois and Clark”. But celebrities weren’t the only one impressed with Tony. In 2005 and 2006, City Search named him “The best personal trainer in Los Angeles.”

Michael - Assistant Manager
Michael came to Ultra Body Fitness in June of 2003. Michael was on a mission, to lose weight. With the training from Tony, Michael was able to lose over one hundred pounds with Tony and losing a total of 150 pounds. Michael continues to train and push the limits with Tony regularly. In January of 2005 Michael was offered a position at Ultra Body to be one of Ultra Body’s staff. Within record time Michael has proved himself and is now the Assistant Manager. Jamie - Trainer
Jamie Coker is a Certified Personal Trainer through the I.F.P.A. who also holds a specialized certification in Women’s Health, Fitness, and Pregnancy. She is a long time athlete who played soccer, softball and volleyball competitively through college, as well as danced professionally with a ballet company for over 10 years. Jamie grew up in Southern California, and then moved to Hawaii for high school. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Women Studies, with a minor in Political Science and Theatre from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Jamie has been training at Ultra Body for over two years and enjoys training clients of all different backgrounds and goals, but especially clients who want to work hard and look good!Hours:

Jennifer takes great pride as a personal trainer and always gives 110%. Helping others achieve their fitness goals as well as setting higher and more challenging goals is what Jennifer aspires to do with each of her clients. Lindsey - Trainer
A certified personal trainer and former trainer at one of the Crunch Fitness locations, Lindsay Zappala moved to Los Angeles roughly 2 years ago. She received her Bachelor of Science in theatre at Northwestern University where she began her fitness education taking Group Instructor Training courses rather than the dance courses offered to her major. But don't be fooled, Lindsay can dance! She has been at Ultra Body for almost a year and loves to train clients of all skill levels.Hours:

Chris - Trainer
Chris Mugglebee is an accomplished boxer and kickboxer with over 20 years experience. He is a former golden gloves and USA amateur boxing champion as well as an amateur Muay Thai kickboxing champion. He holds blackbelts in Shishiryu karate-do under Soke Behzad Ahmadi and fought out of Muay Thai Academy of North Hollywood, trained by world-reknowned trainer Puck and world-champion Saekson Janjira. In Western Boxing he trained out of Wildcard gym in Hollywood and the famous Jett Center, where he had an undefeated record under legendary trainer Stan Ward.
After concluding his boxing career, he began training in the internal Chinese martial arts, which bring a meditative aspect to physical training that is unparalelled. He is now senior student of Master Sam Tam of Vancouver, reknowned for mastery of the soft, gentle art of Tai Chi and the harder, explosive art of I Chuan (ee-chwan). Chris now teaches master Tam's rare martial art as a method of health and enlightenment.
The internal arts of Tai Chi and I Chuan both employ master Tam's revolutionary principle of "No Force", which introduces a whole new class of physics that is powerful, effective, therapeutic, yet remarkably effortless. Because of this, people of all ages, size, and strength can train equally. Scott - Trainer
Scott has over 14 years experience as a personal trainer and athletics coach. He has a blackbelt in Karate and has advanced training in several other fighting systems. Scott tailors his clients' workout to suit their individual needs and preferences. He incorporates weights, cardio, stretching, boxing/kickboxing, and plyometrics into the workouts. Scott teaches boxing and kickboxing as well as personal training.Hours:

Adam - Trainer
Originally from Ohio, Adam graduated from USC with a degree in Exercise Science. Since then Adam has had the privilege of educating, motivating and mentoring others with their health and fitness goals. Adam relies on academic and continuing education, Adam’s own athletic and personal training experience and the passion to ensure that Adam’s clients receive the results they are looking for and then some.
Adam is professionally certified by the “gold” standard National Strength and Conditioning Association as Strength Conditioning Specialist, the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. In spring 2003 Adam was featured in “Lets Live” magazine for a
four month client body transformation series.
Adam does not waste time with gimmicks and fads. Adam considers exercise “medicine” and there is a correct dosage for each person. Adam has improved the lives of those spanning all age groups with a variety of medical conditions and fitness levels. Their goals ranging from post surgery rehab, decreasing chronic aches and pains, feeling younger and more alive, and body fat loss/muscle gain. Lara - Massage Therapist
Lara is certified through California Healing Arts College in West Los Angeles and Massage School of Santa Monica. She is licensed in the City of Los Angeles and is a member of the Association of Bodyworks & Massage Professionals (AMBP). Having practiced in both spa and clinical settings, she is at once intuitive and therapeutic in her approach. Lara believes that massage, second to laughter, is truly the best medicine.Hours:

Annamaria - Nutritionist
Throughout the last five years, Annamaria has successfully empowered over 500 clients to lose weight, seize control of their lives, and take ownership of their future by designing carefully chosen, individual growth programs to successfully meet each client’s needs.
Growing up in Sweden, Annamaria began developing a passion for fitness as a track & field athlete. Challenged by the obsession for perfection, she became anorexic and bulimic at the age of 16. Overcoming her eating disorder inspired her to teach, educate and motivate others in order to share with them a way to ultimate health and true happiness.
